I took the initiative to create and implement an organizational structure that streamlined accounting and finance processes, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy. This restructuring has resulted in better financial management and decision-making.

In terms of day-to-day operations, I successfully executed vendor setup and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Additionally, I have been actively involved in the administration of bank accounts and conducted regular account reconciliations, minimizing discrepancies and maintaining financial accuracy.
